Validation and proof of holding khatam,from Quran

So eat of that (meat) on which Allâh's Name has been pronounced (while slaughtering the animal), if you are believers in His Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.)

And why should you not eat of that (meat) on which Allâh's Name has been pronounced (at the time of slaughtering the animal), while He has explained to you in detail what is forbidden to you, except under compulsion of necessity? And surely many do lead (mankind) astray by their own desires through lack of knowledge. Certainly your Lord knows best the transgressors

Al an'aam 118-119

Eat not (O believers) of that (meat) on which Allâh's Name has not been pronounced (at the time of the slaughtering of the animal), for sure it is Fisq (a sin and disobedience of Allâh). And certainly, the Shayâtin (devils) do inspire their friends (from mankind) to dispute with you, and if you obey them[] [by making Al¬Maitah (a dead animal) legal by eating it], then you would indeed be Mushrikûn (polytheists) [because they (devils and their friends) made lawful to you to eat that which Allâh has made unlawful to eat and you obeyed them by considering it lawful to eat, and by doing so you worshipped them, and to worship others besides Allâh is polytheism

If we think and concentrate,these verses are permitting us to hold khatam.is'nt it?What happens in khatam gathering?Whether it be any khatam,Quran is read (mostly a complete Quran) and Qasidahs are read and supplications are performed and the blessings are dedicated to Prophets,Seal of Prophet Syedna Muhammad Salla'l la ho alaye hi wasallam,his progeny his family and other noble personalities.None of these acts invalidate the khatam because Allah's name has been pronounced and it is intended to make the food bless with the zikr and Quran that has been read and to present it in the presence of the noble personalitites especially Syedna Muhammad Salla'l la ho alaye hi wasallam and his progeny and his family.So it is sheer non-sense to object to khatam gatherings.

Proof of intercession from Quran

O you who believe! Do your duty to Allâh and fear Him. Seek the means of approach to Him, and strive hard in His Cause (as much as you can). So that you may be successful

Join the people of Ahl-as-sunnah wal jamaat

Say (O Muhammad SAW to mankind): "If you (really) love Allâh then follow me (i.e. accept Islâmic Monotheism, follow the Qur'ân and the Sunnah), Allâh will love you and forgive you your sins. And Allâh is Most-Forgiving, Very-Merciful"

Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Obey Allâh and the Messenger (Muhammad SAW)." But if they turn away, then Allâh does not like the disbelievers

Those who declare themselves ahl-e-hadith and ahl-e-tashiyyu and deobandi etc should think that Quran is declaring that which way is the way to success.Only the way of Ahl-as-sunnah is the way of success as the Prophet (SAW) said that :'There'll be 73 sects in my Ummah (nation) and only one will be the successful (to heaven) "and He also said that :"My Ummah can't agree on the misleading fact (Adh-dhalaah) therefore join the biggest group" .Since the beginning,uptill now the biggest group amon Muslims is of the people who believe in the beliefs of Ahl-as-sunnah wal jamaat
